Flowman introduces SaaS ’Software as a Service’ virtual pre-press concept for world newspaper publishers and printers at the 61st World Newspaper Congress, , in Gothenburg, Sweden. Flowman will be in booth number 1 at the conference, June 1-4, 2008.
Today, the market is awash with mature pre-press workflow products, which provide some distinctive abilities in certain parts of the production cycle. Whilst most suppliers concentrate on offering refined versions of their current products, Flowman’s SaaS outsourcing solution represents a significant evolution of pre-press and new media management for newspaper and magazine publishers as well as print houses. SaaS delivers all the standard workflow features over the Internet.
Flowman’s virtual pre-press solution is available as a SaaS over the Internet and multi-site enterprises have an option to host the service themselves as a SaaS-concept based entrerprise service.
